İHLALLİ (ÖDEMESİZ) GEÇİŞ BİLDİRİMİ (İGB)

Sayın Sürücü,

Otoyoldan Geçiş Ücretini ödemeden çıkış yapmış bulunmaktasınız. 6001 Sayılı Kanun uyarınca geçiş tarihini izleyen 15 (on beş) gün içinde geçiş ücretini cezasız ödeyebilirsiniz.

Ödemeyi T.C. Ziraat Bankası veya QNB Finansbank A.Ş. şubeleri ile bu bankaların internet bankacılığı sistemlerinden,  igs.otoyolas.com.tr internet adresinden ya da OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobil Uygulaması vasıtasıyla yapılabilir. İhlalli (Ödemesiz) geçişlerinizi otomatik olarak ödemek ve cezalı duruma düşmemek için OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobil Uygulaması OPASS sayfasına kredi kartı kaydı yapabilirsiniz.

İGB tahsilatına yönelik bakiye yüklemesini mesai saatleri içerisinde olmasına özen göstererek etiket hesaplarına da yapabilirsiniz. Ancak, sorun yaşamamak için son gün olan 15. gün yapılacak ihlalli (ödemesiz) geçiş ödemelerinin sadece belirtilen bankalar, igs.otoyolas.com.tr internet adresi ya da OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobil Uygulaması aracılığıyla yapılması gerekmektedir.

Bakiye sorunu yaşamamak için; HGS etiket hesaplarının, ayrı bir mevduat hesabına veya kredili mevduat hesabına ya da limiti yeterli bir kredi kartına bağlanacak şekilde otomatik ödeme talimatı bulunması gerekmektedir. Gerekiyorsa mevcut talimatınızı yenileyiniz.

Geçiş anında aracınızın plakasına tanımlı mevcut olan veya daha önce yoksa ihlalli (ödemesiz) geçişi takiben yeni açacağınız HGS hesabınızda geçiş ücretlerini karşılayacak tutarda para bulundurmanız durumunda size yardımcı olmak için geçiş tarihini izleyen 15 (on beş) gün içinde bu hesaplarınızdan otomatik tahsilat yapılmaya çalışılacaktır. Ancak, etiket hesaplarından tahsilat yapılamaması ya da geçiş tarihini izleyen 15 Gün içinde otomatik ödemenin alınamaması durumunda bunun takibi ve bu durumda ödemenin zamanında OTOYOL A.Ş hesabına yapılması yükümlülüğünün OTOYOL Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş’ye atfedilemeyecek şekilde araç sahibine ait olduğunu hatırlatırız.

Aracınıza kayıtlı birden fazla etiket olması halinde tahsilat sorunu yaşanması kaçınılmazdır. Bu nedenle, aracınız üzerine kayıtlı, aktif, hesapta yeterli miktarda para bulunan veya otomatik ödeme talimatının olduğu sadece bir etiket bulundurmanız gerektiğini, mutlaka etiket hesabının hesap bakiyesinin yeterli olması gerektiğini unutmayınız. Aracınızın üzerine kayıtlı birden fazla etiket bulunuyorsa kullandığınız etiket haricindekileri mutlaka iptal ettiriniz ve aracınızdan sökünüz.

Geçiş ücretini 15 (onbeş) gün içerisinde (15. Günün Resmî Tatile denk gelmesi durumunda tatili izleyen ilk iş gününün sonuna kadar) ödemediğiniz takdirde geçiş ücretine 1 (bir) kat ceza eklenir. Söz konusu toplam tutar 45 (kırkbeş) gün içerisinde de (45. Günün Resmî Tatile denk gelmesi durumunda tatili izleyen ilk iş gününün sonuna kadar) ödenmez ise ceza tutarı 4 (dört) kat olur ve hukuki süreç başlatılır. Bu kapsamda, geçiş ücreti ve 4 (dört) kat ceza tutarının, takip ve yargılama masrafları, avukatlık ücreti ve işleyecek yasal faiz ile birlikte takip ve tahsil edileceğini bildiririz.

VIOLATION NOTICE (İGB)

(IOU)

Dear Driver,

You have been left the motorway without making payment. You can make the toll fee payment without any fine within the following 15 days (after transition) in accordance to Law no 6001.

You may pay the mandatory amount to T.C. Ziraat Bankası or QNB Finansbank A.Ş. offices, by the named banks’ internet services, igs.otoyolas.com.tr web site or via OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobile Application. You may also register your credit card number to OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobile Application at OPASS page for automatic IOU payments and avoid fine payment.

Apart from above, you may increase your tag account balance for IOU withdraw,  but with strong attention to make the increase within office hours. You can also top up the balance of your tag account for the IOU collection, as long as it is done within the working hours. However, on the due date (which is the 15th day), it is very important to make the (IOU) payments only to the a/m (above mentioned designated) banks, by igs.otoyolas.com.tr web site or via OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobile Application.

In order not to experince balance problems all HGS tag accounts must have an automatic payment order to be linked to a seperate deposit account or overdraft account or a credit card with a sufficient limit. Renew your order if needed.

In case you have enough money to cover the toll fees in your HGS account, which is registered on your vehicle’s licence plate at the time of transition or if it is not previously registered, with a new HGS account that you will open following the violation (without payment) to, ease the process an automatic collection will be made from these accounts within 15 (fifteen) days following the transition date. However, we remind that; if collections cannot be made from the tag accounts or if the automatic payment cannot be received within 15 days following the transition date,the obligation to follow up and in this case to make the payment on time to OTOYOL A.S is the liability of the vehicle owner cannot be attributed to OTOYOL A.Ş.

If there are multiple tags registered to a vehicle, then payment problem becomes inevitable. Therefore, there should be only one HGS tag registered and mounted to the vehicle. Any inactive tags should be removed from the vehicle and the registration should be cancelled.

If you do not pay the toll within 15 (fifteen) days of violation (until the end of the first business day following the 15th day, if the 15th day coincides with an Official Holiday), 1 (one) fold fine will be added to the toll. If the total amount in question is not paid within 45 (forty-five) days (until the end of the first business day following the 45th day, if the 45th day coincides with an Official Holiday), the fine amount will be quadruple and the legal process will be initiated. In this context, we inform you that the toll and quadruple fine amount will be followed up and collected together with the legal charges and fees.
